Chair Seat Cover in French Style - New project

A couple days ago I started stitching a new project - chair seat cover based on my own design that I finished somewhere at the beginning of this year.

I am using 49 count silk gauze, DMC. The pattern will be available for sale after I am done experimenting with the colors.

Happy Weekend!

Hello Natalia! Well, I think that this is going to be BEAUTIFUL too! The colors and the floral design are very feminine and pretty and to me that is what French Country is all about, Pretty! But why stop at only one, why not do FOUR, for a dining set!? Since you stitch like the wind, you will have them all done by next week!

Thank you, Elizabeth, for your compliment comparing me with the wind, :)))! I plan to stitch the same design with different colors for the background to see which one will look better. Natalia

...and even with different background color a set of 6 still can be used as a dining set, true?

A new project - and what a promising one! I read in your comments that you're planning to do more with various backgrounds, despite of trying out how the colours turn out - but that's a great idea to have the same pattern with different backgrounds. Can't wait to see it... but we're talking about you, so I won't have to wait for long.

Hugs
Birgit

P.S.: I wrote you an E-Mail yesterday - hope you received it?!
